Under Florida Statute Section 893.135(1)(d), Trafficking in Phencyclidine occurs when the defendant sells, delivers, manufactures, or possesses 28 grams or more of phencyclidine.

If the amount of phencyclidine trafficked is 28 grams, but less than 200 grams, the minimum mandatory sentence is 3 years. Greater than 200 grams, but less than 400 grams of phencyclidine carries a sentence of seven years. Anything more than that carries a sentence of 15 years.
