Elaine is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area. She has over 25 years of experience in the legal profession. What sets Elaine apart from other lawyers is her love of the law. She has a proven track record and is a self-motivated and driven competent litigator who wins for the client with compassionate and accurate representation.
Elaine was a paralegal for about 4 years before she decided to put herself through law school. That experience has given her the passion and confidence in her chosen career.
After practicing successfully as a sole practitioner and owner of her own law firm for over 25 years in the Tampa Bay area, her joining our firm makes her a valuable asset to the firm. Now she doesn't worry about the business side of running a law firm which frees her up to devote 100% of her time to attend to the clients and their needs, putting them first and foremost.
Elaine was the guardian for her parents and understands as a guardian and a lawyer how important the guardianship of a person is, and what it takes to do a great job.
Elaine is happily married and enjoys spending time with her spouse and their four-legged fur baby. She is an avid sports buff enjoying baseball, football and basketball and easily could have been a sports announcer with the knowledge she has about sports. Elaine loves sports and in particular baseball and the Tampa Bay Rays. She attended at least 50 games a year before the pandemic hit. Elaine also loves walking the dog and taking walks on the beach. She plays golf when she is able and also enjoys music.
Elaine's clients credit her with incredible personal attention and a "Can Do" spirit with a full grasp of the ins and outs of the law. She truly is a gifted lawyer who puts the client first.
