Upon graduation from Stetson College of Law, Mr. Najem began practicing in the area of personal injury, and insurance litigation. Over the years, Mr. Najem has handled many types of injury cases including complex premises liability, defective products and food borne illness outbreaks.  Additionally, he has lectured on various
topics within the insurance industry.

Since 2001, Mr. Najem and his partners developed an entertainment law practice serving as general counsel to Mr. John Travolta and The William Morris Endeavor Agency.

In 2006, Mr. Najem coordinated the finance, production, and distribution of two full length motion pictures serving as an executive producer with the north Florida based production of Ring Productions.  In conjunction with this work, Mr. Najem is presently serving as Chairman of Mayor Peyton’s Film and Advisory Board where he has assisted with the development of the film and television industry in northeast Florida as well as assisting the legislature in the recent passage of the Florida Film and Tax Legislation.
